Majestic Fountain of SM Lanang Premier

Bong and I at 2nd Floor Overlooking the Fountain (SM Lanang)

After a month of not seeing one another, thank you for the long weekend, I’m in his arms once again.

Last September 28, 2012, was the opening of SM Lanang Premier here in Davao City. My yabz Bong was one of the engineers of SM who wasn't able to attend the grand opening because he was assigned to another project.

Seagull Mountain Resort with LOVE

Yabz and I have been planning this trip since February but things got out of hand, We just have to postponed the trip. On August 26, 2012 yabz Bong and I decided to go on this trip in a cowboy way, in other words travel and spend lite.. :)

Yabz and I started the day by eating breakfast at Jollibee Bolton and bought Yang Chow Rice as baon at Chowking since we don't have time to cook rice. We hired a taxi to catch the 8am bus ride. Upon arrival, there were 2-Rural Transit Buses to choose from: an ordinary bus (with no air-conditioning and more bus stop) worthed P100 to Buda Seagull and a special bus (with air-conditioning and limited bus stop) worthed P 260. I want to take the air-conditioned bus but Bong told me, if we wait for the special bus to be filled by passengers it would take hours, while the ordinary bus was quite full; so we decided to take the ordinary one.

Cebu City

Day 3: Queen City of the South: Cebu City

On July 1, 2012, the day before we go back to Davao, City tour of Cebu naman ang itinerary ngayon. we have to wake up at 7-8am to start the day. Plan namin pumunta ng Basilica Sto. Nino, because it is Sunday. Dahil gipit kami sa time, plan na lang namin magsindi ng candle at magoffer ng prayer at magthank you ke Lord for the fun and safe trip namin. Super duper dami ng tao sa Basilica, at bawal pa magtake ng picture inside the church. Okay respeto na lang din sa mga nagsisimba. Hindi na din kami nakalapit sa Sto. Nino kasi close sila every Sunday because of the mass.

Balicasag Island & Cebu City

Dolphin Watching and Balicasag Island

On June 30, 2012, mag.dolphin watching kami at snorkeling sa Balicasag island, Panglao, Bohol. We have to wake up 4am para makaalis ng 6am at makita ang mga dolphins.

Last Night: Boracay Sunset

Ever blog that I’ve read before our trip, they always recommend to witness the Boracay Sunset because it is one of the most beautiful scenes of place aside from its beautiful beaches. And they are right. Sunset in Boracay is definitely breath taking. You can actually see how the sun sets, matching with the orange colored sky. So nice!

Bong and I left the hotel room around 4 in the afternoon.

The beach is at its low tide. And more and more people are coming out from their hotels and beach bars are starting to put up their tents for the evening’s party.

Boracay 3: Island Tour

Shangri-La Beach: Bong and I

Island hopping was the activity on our 3rd day. We woke up early, ate our breakfast and went to Padi Dive office for our island hopping confirmation. Before going to their office, we explored the sea line first. I love the white sand of Boracay and the blue sea. And because the place is over populated of tourists, algae were present in the shoreline, but the place still remains beautiful as it always been.

Boracay Day 2

Bong and I woke up early to see what Boracay looks like in the morning. We also want to witness the rising of the sun of the place but it didn't happened because we woke up at around 7 in the morning. Instead we strolled the beach line of Station 2.

We hopped from one hotel to another and took some photo ops.

At around 9 am we returned to our hotel room and asked Marvin and Arcel to eat breakfast. A free breakfast in our hotel, the usual Filipino dish: "SILOG" with Juice or Coffee (3 in 1).

After breakfast, we prepared for our beach activities for the day.
